Refund Policy
This policy sets out the conditions under which a refund may be granted for Plania.ai paid services. It applies in addition to our Terms and Conditions. We want you to be satisfied with Plania. If you are not, contact us and we will find a solution.

General principle
Plania.ai is a digital product giving immediate access to generated content. Because of the nature of our services, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been used, except as set out below or as required by applicable law.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Periods already started are not refunded pro rata, unless legally required.
- No renewal will be charged after cancellation.
One-time purchases
For a one-time purchase (for example a business plan), a refund request may be considered if it is made shortly after purchase and if the content has not been substantially used, downloaded or exported.
How to request a refund
For any request, write to us at philippe@techguys.consulting, stating the email address associated with your account, the date of purchase and the reason for your request. We acknowledge receipt and process requests as quickly as possible.
Processing times
When a refund is granted, it is issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution, usually within a few business days.
